Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Australia and New Zealand I was promoted and transferred to Australia in April 2010 from the Viterra New Zealand business. I took on the role of Marketing Executive Advertising and Brand, responsible for the execution of our advertising program nationally and brand management of all branded marketing collateral throughout Australia. Major responsibilities includeADVERTISING • Developing advertising plans with all business units to segment and target customers and facilitate the creation and subsequent production requirements• Liaising with and project managing internal staff to produce required content in line with campaign timeframes • Creative direction of advertising agencies to complete creative on time and on budget• Targeted media placement and strategic planning of print and radio advertising CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT• Working with business units to develop multi faceted marketing campaign plans then recommending and project managing the execution of print media, direct mail, electronic direct mail and online advertising • Produce campaign plans with all key elements, deliverables, budgets, responsibilities and deadlines• Brief data analysts on database segmentation requirements for campaigns• Manage production to deliver on time and on budget BRAND MANAGEMENT•Managing Viterra’s brand throughout Australia, delivering a consistent tone, look and feel to all marketing material, while working closely with the communications team on content and messaging• Brand approval of all external creative and internal documentation with an external audience to ensure Viterra’s brand consistency• Project management of design agencies from commencement of creative through to production completion CLOTHING AND MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT• Managing clothing and merchandise stock levels, forecasting for budgets and ordering of new stock where required• Managing suppliers to ensure brand consistency

Company Profile - Viterra is the largest and most established agricultural feed company in New Zealand producing more than 300,000 tonnes of stock feed annually under the retail brand NRM. Viterra produces commercial pig and poultry feeds, along with bulk and bagged feed products for the dairy, equine and lifestyle sectors sold through all major and independent agricultural retail (FMCG) chains nationally.Role Profile - Working autonomously within the Viterra marketing team, and reporting directly to the national Sales and Marketing Manager, my role was idea generation, creative direction and design of all printed and online material. I worked closely with our national sales and marketing teams to produce brand and trade marketing promotions in store to drive brand visibility in the market place and increase category market share.Major responsibilities include• Total creative direction of umbrella brand Viterra and NRM sub brands• Worked with executive management, nutritional staff, legal and technical services to ensure all nutritional requirements and product claims are met before production• Creative look and feel and brand positioning of all new products• Strategic direction and creation of all brand and trade promotions and marketing campaigns• Creative and design execution of all marketing and print collateral, signage, logo and brand development nationally with both trade and brand marketing promotions nationally• Packaging design for all bagged feed products• Managed packaging print suppliers in China through New Zealand based agent• Managed barcode creation and authentication through GS1 New Zealand creating GTIN 13 and barcodes where required• Packaging forecasting and reordering through offshore supplier• Produced trade publications for our rural retail customers• Trade show stand design and production management• Animated gif web banners for web site advertising• Photography of events, products and for promotions where required

• Worked predominantly on the Pernod Ricard New Zealand account creating point of sale and branded marketing material for both brand and trade marketing promotions • Serviced Pernod Ricard’s sales team helping them to execute both trade and brand promotions. • Created artwork for trade and brand promotions in line with international brand guidelines set up for each individual product line• Photographed point of sale and premium items held on site for our online logistics point of sale ordering web site
