About Dylan H.

My professional journey began as a Product Manager at a small startup, where I cut my teeth in the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. It was here that I witnessed firsthand the power of creative ideas and the potential for transformative growth. My career took an exciting turn when Google acquired our startup. At Google, I embraced new challenges and evolved into a Design Producer. This shift allowed me to immerse myself in the intricacies of user experiences, UI/UX design, motion graphics, voice interfaces, and illustrations. I became deeply passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences.During my time at Google, I played pivotal roles in shaping products like Android OS, Google Assistant, and more. These experiences reinforced my belief in unconventional yet effective approaches to design and innovation.Today, I'm proud to be a Producer at Our Next Energy, where I continue to push the boundaries of what's possible. Yet, my journey doesn't stop here. I'm excited to be dipping my toes in a new industry. I'm a firm believer in providing creative minds with the freedom and support to bring their visions to life, whether it's through groundbreaking technology or helping musicians find their unique voice.Let's connect, collaborate, and build the future together.

    - Chaperoned three major milestones for each project; Design Check-ins, Design Leadership Approvals, and finally cross team Design Approval including Product, User Research, Technical Writing,Engineering, and other impacted Design UX teams. Engineering was dependent on our deliverables and it was very important that our team hit the set milestones, which we did for all 9 projects.- Aligned our teams to the Feature Council’s prioritization. - Ensured a consistent User Experience by directing meetings with many of our decoupled teams, (i.e. Dialer, FM Radio, Camera, calculator, clock, and contacts) to strengthen Design Directions. This also provided visibility to UX Leadership for design approvals from a platform perspective.- Maximized visibility, I made it as possible for stakeholders to access the current state of all design deliverables(specs, mocks, red lines, assets) across all of the Marshmallow projects by setting up Drive directories easing the burden on our Designers and aligning expectations of cross organizational stakeholders, particularly engineering.- Tracked requirements, dependencies, prior decisions, and updates to ensure that all stakeholders had visibility into project status. This included tracking over 30 teams with Android OS dependencies, which exposed potential risks and areas of concern.- Initiated Design Reviews where needed. Over the course of the release, I coordinated over 50 Design Reviews.
