  Saffron Hall is an award-winning concert hall and performance space, attracting world-renowned artists. Some of my duties and responsibilities are listed below:🔹Email marketing🔹 Overall responsibility for crafting email communications of all kinds using DotDigital and Spektrix integration to engage an extensive customer base of nearly 20,000 individuals, conducting A/B testing, editing photographs with Canva, creating targeted customer lists for emails using data-driven segmentation, optimising the monthly newsletter into more of a persuasive communication tool, and increasing the quality and quantity of solus emails to drive ticket sales.🔹Press🔹 Overall responsibility for press releases of all kinds, including writing, distributing, proofing and editing, managing press lists, monitoring local press, setting up interviews with the Chief Executive, and maintaining press clippings on Google Drive.🔹Website management🔹 Responsible for updating and adding content to the Saffron Hall website, building webpages using Craft CMS, and cross-checking website accuracy with Yesplan event management software on a weekly basis.🔹Print🔹 Commissioning print, including briefing designer, e.g., for monthly 'What's on' posters.🔹Reciprocals🔹 Negotiating, arranging, and scheduling reciprocal advertising for concerts and events across the season, involving both internal Saffron Hall comms, i.e., the newsletter, and external comms from other venues.🔹Programmes and brochures🔹 Overall responsibility for concert programmes (own promotions), from commissioning and proofing to coordinating with copywriter and designer, and supporting the launch of season brochures by briefing designer, proofing, editing, copywriting, sourcing artist photographs, and liaising with printers and artist managers.🔹Copywriting🔹 Writing highly-persuasive and informative copy for various comms and marketing assets, including newsletters, solus emails, articles, webpages, and season brochures.
