This situation required me to efficiently handle double the workload, demonstrating my ability to adapt under pressure and deliver results.Previously, I worked as a Streaming Support Specialist at SIDEARM Sports, where I developed technical troubleshooting skills and enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams. I provided user-end support, resolved streaming issues, and updated customer subscriptions to ensure an exceptional experience. This position reinforced the importance of staying current with new technologies and customer offerings.My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University, with a concentration in Information Security Management.
