Aspiring education professional and lifelong problem solver, I am a graduate of North Carolina Central University, with a major in Marketing. I'm very passionate about marketing & finance, especially conflict resolution that has occurred in the past 5+ years of a company and creating and initiating innovative plans to improve profitability. I hold experience in process improvements, marketing and brand strategy, growing start-up organizations, and project management. Most recently, I conducted industry research and provided a gap analysis to build an implementable framework for a partner program at a global firm.I would love to work for a firm with strong values, that seeks to excel in its field, values its community and employees, and creates progressive change within its industry.
