My efforts led to a complete overhaul of the main office network by implementing modern principles that increased traffic handling, reduced downtime, and introduced a cost-effective fax setup, resulting in significant savings on external fees. In collaboration with department stakeholders and executive leadership, I worked to establish technological needs and ensured proper user access through meticulous permission control. I revitalized the inventory system, making improvements in naming conventions, site transfers, and user-friendliness.Additionally, I developed and managed cybersecurity compliance, policies, and training programs that enhanced organizational awareness and practices. I centralized control over critical accounts and network access and streamlined license management. My management of system resources was aimed at optimizing performance, availability, capacity, and recovery processes. I spearheaded system and software integration across different departments and upgraded devices in high-usage areas. My initiatives also included redesigning the IT on-boarding process and managing technology setups in new locations.I provided consistent troubleshooting support, including after-hours resolution of critical issues. My role included conducting domain, device, and user-level monitoring to ensure data redundancy and recovery capabilities. I oversaw the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all networks, computer systems, and software, ensuring efficient and reliable IT operations across the organization.
