Current• Develop and monitor team and individual KPIs, SLAs, and goals that align with the broader divisional and corporate goals.• Continuously evaluate and adjust goals and targets to ensure a culture of high performance and engagement is maintained within the team.• Provide continual coaching and feedback regarding progress, strengths, and areas for development. Assists team members with individual development plans.• Review and analyze systems, processes, and data to improve workflows and increase efficiency.• Effectively leads and manages customer service related issues in an efficient and compliant manner. Encourages feedback from team members on process improvement opportunities.• Support and oversee department level training including procedure documentation and review.• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and financial controls including SOX controls.• Coordinate, and/or participate in project teams as needed.
