Tutored K-12 students with a specialization in reading comprehension and grammar. Also trained students 1-on-1 for the verbal portions of the ACT and SAT.

Taught as a substitute for Pre-K through Eighth Grade for all available subjects.

During my time working for Pop Smoke Media, I was in charge of proofreading and editing nearly all of the written content that would be published on the website. Besides helping the other contributing writers with their work, I researched and wrote my own original articles which covered a wide variety of topics. In addition to the role of writer and editor, I helped to maintain the layout of the website using WordPress, contributed to various functions of the brand’s podcast, “The Smoke Pit,” handled press releases for the parent company of the brand, and assisted with the brand’s marketing endeavors.

In my role at Alien Attorney I worked remotely with a team of 4 other content writers in order to create content for both the firm's immigration law blog and their natural health blog. During this internship, I gained a plenitude of skills related to time management for audience-based content creation, copy-writing, and team editing.

I worked as an HVAC installation/repair assistant for a total of 3 full summers during high school. This job was the most physically demanding one that I've ever held and it gave me the experience of adapting to unpredictable and untenable situations.

During my time at Dodd Auditorium I helped run a variety of events spanning from orchestral concerts to "Great Lives" biographical presentations. I learned a lot about the theater industry in this role and even got to meet Henry Winkler when I helped with a concert of "Peter and the Wolf" with Mr. Winkler as the narrator.

During my time as a part-time salesperson at Journeys, I consistently met the sales goals and networking goals of the company as they desired. I really enjoyed selling sneakers because I've always been somewhat passionate about innovative fashion design, as well as because of the wide variety of customers I had the pleasure of working with. Journeys helped me to gain an understanding of what it's like to work in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment and helped me to hone the appropriate communication/salesmanship skills appropriate for such an environment as a result.
