Hello! I'm Dylan Lockwood, a recent graduate with a B.S. in Sociology and a minor in Sustainability. Driven by a passion for community and sustainable development, I am eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to a dynamic administrative role within a forward-thinking company. As a professional:I've had experience within the realm of customer service which has been heavily tied into community involvement by volunteering and improving customer satisfaction while balancing business operations such as product sales, distribution rates, and following health and monetary standards. This experience has equipped me with skills for administrative roles such as problem solving, attention to detail, and communication. I'm an ambitious hard worker who can get things done and understand the importance of balancing responsibilities with a creative pursuit. I'm skilled at providing effective customer service, as well as, communicating with a team verbally and written which is effective for assisting business partners, customers, employees, and other admin-related inquiries. I can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be a strong partner in an adaptable and coachable workplace, provide strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficient computer skills in Microsoft suite. I can apply these skills by handling confidential information and ensuring accuracy and completeness with inputting information. Outside of work:I love to read and escape into a whole new world of fiction and gain real-world perspective through nonfiction stories as well. I spend some time volunteering for the community at school and law enforcement events. By volunteering, these duties reinforce my commitment to community engagement.
