• In 2018, the organization budget was $5,291,407, and I secured $2,420,507 in funding. By 2022, my contributions grew the organization budget to $11,270,165 and I had secured $13,385,691 in funding, including highly.
• One of my significant contributions was the design and implementation of new homeless assistance programs. I established three major programs with a combined budget of $6,051,838 and each program surpassed performance.
• I developed budget strategy and provided technical assistance in grants administration – gathering information, conducting data analysis, improving budgetary tools, and presenting findings to the executive leadership.
