Impact Officer
-Collaborated to transform traditional scholarship funds into more trust-based, community-centric models, removing barriers for over $18 million in GTCF-managed funds.-Supporting the evolution of GTCF efforts by surfacing inequities, stewarding relationships, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities for transformation that strengthen impact in community.-Applying lived experience and gained knowledge to co-design and champion strategic impact initiatives through cross cutting strategies aimed at removing systemic barriers in Pierce County.-Used an equity lens to identify and steward key individual and organizational partnerships that advance GTCF’s strategic framework.-Built and strengthened trusted relationships with community members and stakeholders.-Supported internal and external GTCF operations across departments through collaboration and project management.-Studied and shared lessons learned from local, regional, and national philanthropic partners to bring best practices and new perspectives to GTCF.
