Colllaborated with a team of 8 researchers to investigte the intersection between Buddhism and the field of biology by creating a phylogenetic tree as a means to plot the journey of Ficus religiosa around the world. Designed a novel procedure to grow Ficus religiosa outside of a controlled lab environment. Presented findings to 30 researchers and faculty members at Oregon State University’s Fall Undergraduate Research symposium.
