Dr. MacKay is a person who lives with type 1 diabetes and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences in the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences and the Department of Internal Medicine Section - Endocrinology in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba. Dylan is a nutritional biochemist, specializing in human clinical trials, diabetes and chronic kidney disease. He is interested in the appropriate design and implementation of human clinical trials, especially in the field of human nutrition.
