Dylan McShain Builds Strong Communities.Life is a gift. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. We should continually keep this in mind. As someone who recognizes this gift, Dylan McShain strives to do big things. He loves love working with children and organizations in the community. Dylan is first and foremost a leader. He understands that in order to help others grow and understand the world more fully he must lead the way, only then can others to do the same. This drive to grow causes him to dream big and set big goals. Some of those goals are simple daily ways of helping those nearest, while other goals are rather more ambitious. While working in Abu Dhabi, Dylan led his department and set a goal to be the healthiest school in the entire country of the United Arab Emirates. As a team, we created action steps to make our school the healthiest school possible. Day-by-day, week in and week out, we tweaked and improved and worked with different community members and organizations. In the end, we were awarded the fittest school in Abu Dhabi by the UAE's Health and Fitness Awards. A huge accomplishment. At the end of the year, my team was motivated, unified, and driven.This story conveys Dylan's drive to build great things and achieve with and for the communities he serves.
