Served 5 Years in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician. In the service, I worked with numerous systems to include Hydraulics, Turbine Engines , Diesel Engines and a number of others. During my time in the military I was deployed for two tours, both in which I was complimented on my knowledge and critical thinking by my superiors. I worked as a Customer Service Representative with Yanmar America where I was able to express my knowledge of Diesel Engines, troubleshooting, and repairs with Equipment Manufacturers's, Dealers, End Users, and my fellow team members . In October of 2018 I became the Warranty Analyst for the Industrial Engine Division. With my new positions, I am able to utilize and share my knowledge of Industrial Engines to determine the cause of failures, and ultimately prevent additional failures.
