Founded Lirette Enterprises & The Lirette Financial Group in 2019, in order to give back & invest in others the knowledge & skills that I been fortunate to learn and experience through mentors and educators. As a licensed agent & broker, I graduated in 2019 with a B.A. in Theology & Philosophical Studies as well as holding a Masters of Science in Management Degree with a research concentration in Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. I have proven experience (12+ years) in leadership, management, public speaking, and customer service. I have also traveled to over 10 countries, 3 continents and numerous states where I have learned the value of diversity and the uniqueness of various cultures especially its importance in realm of business. I am U.S. Coast Guard veteran, and bring my military experience into everything I do for my clients. In my free time, I am involved at my local church as well as Doodle Dandy Dog Rescue of Houston, and always try to find ways to give back to the community.
