Over the period of 6 months Dylan successfully:•Developed and launched an automated global CRM system for enhanced lead generation. This was the company’s first global lead generation system, modernizing a paper-based process.•Established a comprehensive global market research program for company events, including an event briefing system to optimize marketing and commercial strategies. This improved organization and alignment for event planning.•Conducted multiple global market research initiatives engaging over 1,000 clients across 3 continents and markets. The research provided crucial data for R&D (Research & Development), aiding in product development and market understanding.• Designed and implemented a creative briefing system and digital design program for the UX and development team to align tasks with business objectives. - Audiovisual content creator and coordinator for the marketing and communications departments. Under my direct supervision and guidance, a new audiovisual department was created to fill the marketing needs of the company.
