Developing Okta Workflows and Application SSO to improve the ease of use for our users, allowing Okta to be a one-stop shop for our customers to access all applications for day-to-day work. Using Okta, we automated the entire onboarding and offboarding process that utilizes our HRIS system to trigger the creation, activation, and termination of any potential users. Using attributes assigned by the HRIS system such as department, business unit, or organization, we are able to create accounts in applications, assign specific licenses, create phones, assign numbers, and much more. The average new hire can have 90% of needed access to applications before they ever walk in the door or sit in their chair on the first day.
