As Chief Operating Officer at South Shore Bay Bikes, I successfully launched, and currently manage a seasonal bike rental service. Each summer, we deploy a fleet of bicycles on Fire Island, NY for contactless payment and rental by visitors. Throughout the offseason, I used Microsoft Excel to transform the rental process, increasing revenue, transaction efficiency, and customer satisfaction. To better communicate our impact, I quantify carbon emission reductions in comparison to alternative modes of travel around the Island.

Collaborated with EH&S leadership to develop Beacon's first Environmental Management System. Designed individualized Microsoft SharePoint websites for over 470 Beacon branches in the United States and Canada; aimed toward environmental compliance and safety. These SharePoint landing pages provide branch personnel with access to all necessary safety documentation at the push of a button. My time with Beacon has allowed me to strengthen my knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety through the constructive overlap of experience in the classroom and out in the field.
