I am involved in all day to day decisions including hiring, coaching, expense control; etc. Furthermore, I am responsible for budgeting and forecasting and achieving the Club’s EBITDA Plan. Under my leadership, the Club has had financial wins each of the last 4 years and was named a Gold Circle of Excellence winner in 2015.
