About Dylan Poole
I am a Mechanical Engineering alumni from the University of San Diego. My interest and fascination with Engineering began when I was extremely young, my first obsessions being cars, planes, dirt bikes, and machines of all kinds. If it had to be put together, I wanted to take it apart and understand how it worked.Throughout my early education and into High School, I was immediately drawn to the challenge and complexity of physics, mathematics, and design. As I grew and developed, I jumped at opportunities to lead and take on more responsibility and have been the Team Manager of nearly every project I have worked on to-date. These roles gave me the opportunity to showcase and polish my communication, organization, and management skills, as well as the ability to perform effectively under highly stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.I would describe myself as driven, detail-oriented, and highly versatile. I hope to bring these skills to a challenging work environment where I can develop as an Engineer and exceed expectations of the highest caliber.
