Collects and analyzes data using a CAPA to avoid futuremistakes, and shares with tech support/QA engineers to put solution on hold.• Tests samples in accordance with established procedures using pH meters, turbidity meters, titrators,spectrophotometers, centrifuge, electrodes, etc.• Oversees all adjustments to solutions that do not comply with specifications• Collaborates with EHS/Safety management to ensure hazardous processes are accounted for, and workcross functionally to update procedures, processes and ensure safety of all in any lab space.• Aids in DEA chemical inventory list/DEA audit readinessAccomplishments:• Quality representative for Global WAI Inventory Strategy team and warehouse migration team, savingthe site an estimated $100,000 annually• Created chemistry training regimen for manufacturing team• Established and improved processes for reduction of non-conforming material (fluoride standards)through root cause analysis of internal product/processes.• Wrote manufacturing/engineering waivers to save product - saving $20,000 annually• Reduced site backlog by $93,000 worth of product• Reduced customer complaint notifications from zero yearly - saving over $40,000 annually
