* Supported over 90 valuation engagements on companies ranging in stages of development from startup to pre-IPO, and in industries including data analytics, e-commerce, social media, advertising, film distribution, video production, and forensic investigative consulting. Engagement types included 409A valuations, intangible asset valuations, ASC820, and recapitalizations/refinancings* Developed discounted cash flow analyses, precedent transaction analyses, and trading comps for negotiation in a strategic M&A transaction as well as a proposed joint venture* Crafted a binomial option pricing model to validate Anvil's proprietary option pricing model* Organized, cleaned and updated a database with several thousand data points for venture capital pre- and post-money valuations, combining proprietary Anvil data with publicly available private investment data to facilitate precedent venture capital transaction analyses
