It was my pleasure and a great opportunity to learn the inner workings of a produce / cow farm by taking care of a sweet old man by the name of Nate Wells. He was sick from pneumonia and I was his personal chef as well as companion until he got better. I did all of the food shopping as well as cooking while i stayed there. I tried my hardest to keep the kitchen and living areas clean using the strict sanitation routine I had learned from my internship experience.

• Organize and maintain house cleanliness in and around all food contact areas• Implement strict and meticulous cleaning paperwork, alongside two other interns, that is now followed by all interns and volunteers at the House• Instruct teams of up to 20 volunteers per day to prepare "grab and go" items to put into the fridge for convenient yet healthy snacks • Coordinate along with other interns and volunteers to have dinner ready by 6:00pm each night for up to 300 people a night• Clean the kitchen from top to bottom before leaving every night and weekly cleaning was done of the ovens and other food cooking surfaces

Clean upwards of 300+ horse stalls a dayPrecisely trim all 40 acres of grass weeklyMaintain a supply of water to arenas during horse shows
