Assistant Director Of Admissions
- Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle of close to 1,000 candidates per year.- Strategically partner with executives from both the high school and university levels for collective benefit of university recruitment, enrollment and retention. - Work with admissions management to develop data-inspired admissions decisions to achieve university objectives, KPI’s and key results for high quality candidates. - Champion students in committees and final reviews, serving as their advocate in gaining university admissions status. - Plan, coordinate and execute a data-driven recruitment plan each year resulting in over 100 high school visits and presentations, 20 college fairs, and over 100 student interviews. - Active Member of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Committee tasked to design and develop a comprehensive D&I initiative including training for the recruitment staff.
