I became extremely interested in investments the older I got. My interest first ignited when I joined the Business Club in high school. I was introduced to the JSE for the first time and took part in the JSE challenge. By having an industry expert educate us on a weekly basis and having the thrill of buying and selling stocks for the first time, I knew that this was the career path I wanted to follow.I decided to further my studies in the investment field and graduated with my Honours in BCom Investment Management at the University of Pretoria. I currently work at a private wealth management company which offers several services including financial and retirement planning. I incorporate my portfolio management skills and investment knowledge background in my everyday work. I collaborate closely with our Certified Financial Planners and provide a link between them and their clients.
