Hi, my name is Dylan StevensRecent graduate with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from The University of Illinois at ChicagoGreater Chicagoland Native with a passion for furthering my knowledge and understanding of the business and sports world.Being a two-time transfer student gave me a lot of opportunities to explore possible interests. Throughout my college experience, I have worked in sports retail, the food delivery business, as an office intern at a work apparel and safety product sourcing company, and I even tried being a nanny. I have learned many things from those past jobs which will stick with me for a long time. One things that has stayed consistent is my love and passion for sports has always shined through from a young age. My involvement, engagement, and experience athletics has provided me valuable tools in an out of the workplace.As for my future, I hope to one day work for a company that is very adamant about a positive, safe, and welcoming culture in the workplace that can help me grow as an employee, coworker, and person.In my free time, I like to spend as much time as I can outside as possible. Whether that be walking around the city, setting up a hammock in a park, or stepping back on the ice rink and playing hockey with old teammates and current friends. Attending three colleges has given me some time to not only find my interests, but has also helped me identify my strengths. Strengths such as:- Active listening and involvement with teambuilding exercises- Data entry within Excel and Word and other conversions- QuickBooks, office, and warehouse experience - Drastic improvement speaking in front of a group/crowd, over Zoom, or in the classroom- Interpersonal communication in and out of office settings- General sports knowledge and industry trends- Advancements in sports
