With over 15 years of experience in emergency medical services, I am a Senior Operations Manager at Butler Medical Transport, a leading provider of BLS/ALS and critical care transportation in Maryland. I hold QA officer, Firefighter II and EMT certifications, as well as VFIS Emergency Vehicle Operator Instructor. As a Senior Operations Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I also manage, train, and mentor a team of over 200 employees, including supervisors, dispatchers, paramedics, and EMTs. I have a passion for providing excellent patient care and customer service, and I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the performance and satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders. I have also been involved in securing and maintaining multiple contracts with hospitals, nursing homes, and insurance companies, as well as coordinating with local fire and police departments.
