• Load operating systems and custom software onto PC’s• Conduct final testing of systems to check adherence to quality standards• Recommend manufacturing process improvements based on findings• Focus on opportunity for hardware improvements based on customer needs • Collaborate with team members from multiple departments to resolve build issues for customers• Build documentation with focus on the continual improvement of processes for each system• Troubleshoot and resolve system failures caused by hardware and/or software • Provide technical support to customers via email and phone • Assisting in the troubleshooting and resolution of RMA systems• Meet weekly and quarterly production goals

•Testing the Alpha and Beta phases of software/games in development through the use of Parsec. •Responsible for establishing and maintaining standards in multi-player and co-op.•Reporting the findings of imbalance, bugs, and more by way of thorough write-ups at the end of each session.•Collaboration with team in multiple stages of the testing process.
