Manage over 500 client connections and logistics for company events and productions. Additionally, I head up the hiring team for this 30+ person team.

As the Senior Assistant Director, I use strategic thinking to continually improve all aspects of URJ OSRUI. I focus on operations, facility management, and staff hiring.

My responsibilities include overseeing 30 campus leaders and help develop and implement the vision of Minnesota Hillel through programming and leadership development. I also serve as a representative and liaison for the Jewish world to the larger University of Minnesota community.

My responsibilities included overseeing and advising a staff of 25 individuals, coordinating and implementing programming and scheduling for one hundred 9-12 year olds, mentoring 20 first year staff members, as well as serveing as lead staff for a group of twelve 11-year-old campers

My responsibilities include reaching out to Jewish students at the University of Minnesota and engaging them in Judaism. In addition, I help plan 5 programs a semester.

My responsibilities included evaluating each teaching assistant twice throughout the year, overseeing 40 teaching assistants and helping with tasks throughout the day.

My responsibilities include overseeing 20 hebrew teachers, giving them the necessary supplies, and coordinating over 100 campers into hebrew groups based on proficiency. In addition, I also taught hebrew and led other programs throughout the day.
