As I bootstrapped my tea company Yim Tea Co., I really enjoyed the process of crafting the e-commerce experience and creating automated processes to run this single person business. This created a curiosity around the web development space.I've since learned technologies like Webflow, Integromat, Zapier, Bubble.io, amongst others and the ability to connect 3rd party API's in a way that's incredibly useful. I think the no-code space is the future of the web and I'm looking forward to helping others bring their web ideas into reality.

I've worked as a freelance video production tech for live corporate and music events like Barry Gibb, Andrew Bocelli, Childish Gambino, Dollar General, The Phocuswright Travel Conference, Mozilla, and Coachella. My role would typically setup cameras, video screens or projectors and then run cameras during the show.

While exploring the world and spending time in Thailand a few years ago, I fell in love with Asian style milk teas, Thai Tea becoming my absolute favorite. My responsibility as an intern in the Engineering Sustainability Department was to assist engineers in the Product Development Department. I had to test multiple audio products using Electrical Engineering lab equipment and surface mount soldering techniques to create Excel files so that the management could make decisions based off of the measurement data. I had to probe RF circuitry using a microscope and very fine surface mount soldering skills. The circuits' S-Parameters would then be measured using a Network Analyzer.I was given the responsibility do thermal testing on a new RF power supply and record the results in Excel.In the latter part of the internship, it was asked of me to test and choose a new component for a popular microphone because the current production part number was no longer being produced. I came up with testing procedures to test the inductor's electrical properties using an Audio Waveform generator/Oscilloscope combo and the acoustic properties in the microphone using an Anechoic chamber.
