I'm a (mostly) self-taught software engineer with a passion for technology and a desire to continuously expand my skillset. I've completed my (Hons.) BSc in Software Development course at MTU Cork with a First Class Honors (1:1) grade. I was awarded the 2023 Alejandro Andrade de la Flor Scholarship by Trellix, and completed a 9-month co-op work placement with the company.I am currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer for Dell Technologies with the Test Engineering and Automation team, based out of Ovens, Cork. My role involves developing and maintaining an application to manage automation, using C# and SQL.My technology stack includes languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, C, and SQL, as well as technologies such as Mongo, Git, and AWS.In addition to my technical abilities, I am also an experienced sailor and instructor, having taught the Small Boat Scheme and Powerboating Scheme through the Irish Sailing Association at SailCork and Cobh Sailing Club during the summers of 2019-2021.
