Electrical project / test engineer having successfully performed qual testing of a new line of 0-5V and 0-10V analog current transducers for release into manufacturing. I verified and validated testing of the newly produced current transducer line, used electrical test equipment such as high precision power sources, environmental chambers, digital multimeters, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, and automated test stations. Oversaw EMI/EMC certification. Designed a PCB for a new 4-20mA current transducer, and effectively worked with other design engineers and manufacturing engineers to bring products to market.

This was a six month internship that I participated in during my Junior year at Oregon State University. I worked on various electrical engineering projects, all while serving to benefit Georgia-Pacific's paper towel manufacturing process. A major project of mine consisted of designing, programming, and managing the installation of a new Programmable Logic Controller, or PLC, for a factory-sized air handler. I worked with process control engineers, instrumentation engineers, electricians, and manufacturing technicians. The experience was educational and enjoyable.
