    Procore's construction project management software is a cloud-based construction project management solution used by construction professionals around the world to manage communications and collaboration around construction projects.With Procore I held multiple positions developing the sales process and consistently moved up the ranks gaining additional responsibilities within the pipeline. I was initially the first hire for the new Market Response Group which would be responsible for managing all in-bound leads which was at the time the only source of prospects for Procore. I was instrumental in developing call cadences, scripts, qualification criteria, and constantly coordinating with Account Executives to improve standards.Upon perfecting this process, we determined that we could qualify more leads by covering additional US business hours so we began transferring this department to our Minnesota office. I was heavily involved in the training of the new employees in that office as well as overseeing their work in order to maintain our high standards. While doing so, I also became responsible for developing an out-bound lead generation model, the first at Procore. A struggle at first, but I was soon able to show that it was doable (a big question at the time, actually!) and was then joined by a new manager to assist in expanding the new Business Development department. Together we were able to grow the department and double lead flow within two months.With this increased lead-flow the need for a new Inside Sales department became apparent and I was selected to be the first member of the team while continuing to assist in the management of the Business Development team. I began managing sales for construction firms with less than $20 million in construction volume. Throughout this I maintained a precise pipeline on SalesForce and LinkedIn.
