Altada, an AI start-up specialising in automation software for financial services companies. During my time at Altada, the company raised $12m in funding and scaled from 40 to 120 people. I worked across functions as the lead Sales Engineer.

Enterprise Ireland is the Venture Capital arm of the Government of Ireland. They managed a direct investment portfolio of more than 1,200 clients with an investment value exceeding $850M and global revenue exceeding $26B.As a US-based Associate, I worked with companies that are looking at the US market for growth. Leveraging local knowledge and network connections, I consulted on market entry strategy, execution of export sales plans and network access through introductions to senior industry leaders.

5 out of the top 7 investment houses use Meritsoft’s automated platform for BCE, fees, tax, regulatory and claims solutions. I worked in their Quality Assurance team, responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.

During my internship with Vizor I worked as a Business Analyst on the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) team. My main responsibilities included the building and testing of software solutions for Vizor clients. This allowed me to gain experience in the process of turning business requirements into technical solutions. The two main projects I worked on were the implementation of the OECD's Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Country-by-Country (CBC) reporting. Working with groups of 2nd and 3rd level students with a Programme to enhance memory, visual learning and motivation.This included delivering group work shops with students and parents, one-to-one work with students and managing day to day operations.

In my second summer as a college student I moved to Grenada (small Caribbean island) to work with Digicel. I worked as a Business Solutions intern, designing and selling technical solutions to a range of corporate customers.Living and working in Grenada alone, I had to learn how to quickly develop relationships and build trust with new friends and colleagues.

Worked across all departments of the Digicel Play business. Digicel Play is a television, fixed line telephone and internet service provider. My experience included working in their sales, installations, customer care and technical departments.
