For Coleman Research Group I am responsible for all the IT hardware and software our employees touch. My roles extend from troubleshooting any Windows OS/Office365 issue to any third party software an employee may use for work. When it comes to hardware my services are required from personal phones, printers, or any thing really that relates to work for our employees; jack-of-all trades for troubleshooting.I also am responsible for our Microsoft Azure Cloud services when it comes to the production side. Setting up group policies for devices to make them secure and complaint on our network, creating dynamic manage Microsoft Office group, and much more.Also the onboarding/off-boarding process for all employees. I work with our HR team to make sure this process is painless and smooth as possible for all parties involved.I wear a lot of hats for CRG and these are just the few daily services and tasks I provide for Coleman Research Group.

At Koniag I work exclusively with the Social Security Administration by handling Tier 1 technical support and security. Creating tickets and deciding whether an issue needs to escalated or can be solved by by a few clicks of the mouse is my daily prerogative while also following the standards Koniag wishes to honor with working with the Social Security Administration. I support users primary over the phone, but also through email, assisting folks from across the country and also a handful of embassies.
