Marketing & Consumer Insights Director
Current-Develop and execute, with the Vice President of MSCI, a comprehensive marketing strategy and communication plan that drives customer engagement and generates leads, including content marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing programs. Track and report KPIs on a monthly basis. -Identify consumer, product, and flavor trends and opportunities to guide new customer presentations leveraging our company portfolio -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new proactive initiatives-Oversee the development of marketing presentations, case studies, and other content marketing materials-Lead the development of marketing content for customer engagement in the digital space, including marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, and other lead-generation programs.-Champion the development of the marketing team, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth, and providing strategic guidance and support to enable team members to achieve their professional goals and prepare them for future roles within the organization.-In collaboration with the VP of MSCI, drive the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies, such as marketing automation, AI, and emerging social media platforms, to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement. -Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer's needs and challenges, and use this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and lead nurturing programs
