Webbers Retravision was our family business started in Rockhampton in 1968, by my grandad Jim Webber & his brother Col. Over a span of 50+ years in business Webbers grew a name built on customer service. Being a family-owned and operated business, as you could imagine from a very young age I worked in just about every role from the ground up. From cleaning second hand fridges and managing the warehouse stock, to selling on the floor and social media marketing. Growing up in retail really set me up for future opportunities and gave me the foundations speaking to people and generating sales I launched my career from.
