These include client profiles, negotiation history, customer requirements, proposed solutions, pricing structure, internal solution sizing documents, customer contracts and solution delivery presentations.x Helping to cultivate and maintain relationships with hundreds of financial institutions across the globe by resolving commercial and contractual queries regarding sales proposals and existing contracts ensuring positive outcomes at every turn.x Building strong cross functional relationships liaising regularly with other teams (Account Management, Legal, Product, Billing, Revenue reporting etc.) to solve commercial and technical queries.x Increasing the efficiency of the team including leading process improvement and automation initiatives.x Contributing to the development and training of junior and experienced colleagues through mentoring, coaching, presenting, and sharing of knowledge regarding sales processes, preparation of sales proposals, utilization of internal systems and general query handling.x Ensuring the organized flow of commercial requests through the team by daily management of the team Outlook mailbox, including the daily delegation of tasks to other team members and follow-up.x Proficiency in the use of the following systems: Microsoft Suite Salesforce CRM for managing sales cycles.
