Current● Audit financial firm processes to improve investment advisor representatives' training in maintaining long-term performance for portfolios in the same investment objective. ● Present the enterprise's alternative capabilities to financial advisors to attract new clients and reach operational objectives, raising capital within the wealth channels and expanding client portfolios.● Evaluate department policy updates and training initiatives to develop scalable financial solutions for growing advisors' business needs to ensure internal controls meet appropriate risk profile guidelines.● Develop risk reporting, monitor key trends, and define metrics to regularly measure control effectiveness, providing a customer-centric experience for business partners.● Lead analytic working groups against high-priority investment targets as a team’s SharePoint site liaison to ensure the accuracy and completeness of department products.● Oversee end-to-end financial planning support and onboard 15+ new analysts on forecasting and planning tools to reduce complexity and minimize business opportunities and risk gap● Establish business areas of improvement via annual audits with regulators that enhance controls over financial reporting and ensure the growth of the regulatory affairs department.● Monitor and analyze internal trends to inform management of investment opportunities and approach to innovation in access compliance.
