I'm working as a financial auditor at KPMG, as part of the apprenticeship program of my Master's Degree in Auditing and Corporate Finance at IÉSEG School of Management in Paris.This experience allowed me to put in practice audit methodology, including understanding client issues, reviewing and analyzing financial documents, account verification, and conducting audit tests to inform the statutory auditor's opinion on the accounts' integrity. My role covered a variety of clients and assignments across different cycles and audit phases.Specific tasks included :- Conducting audit tests and tasks for statutory audit missions: Auditing cash, equity, fixed assets, customers and sales, and purchases and suppliers.- Reviewing journal entries and related party transactions.- Performing physical inventories.- Analyzing losses and associated provisions.- Reviewing management reports and appendices.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and use of IDEA software and Power BI for processing and analyzing large data sets.- Considering accounting standards (French GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP) for financial reporting for groups.

Internship at the accounting firm Comptadour. I strengthened my theoretical foundations in accounting while developing practical skills.More specifically:- Conducting precise accounting entries and recording financial transactions within the ledger.- Participating in the creation and finalization of financial statements and management reports,.- Leveraging tools such as Cegid and Excel to record and visualise journal entries.

My objective was to determine whether or not clients/prospective applicants would be able to repay a loan through an analysis of their credit/financial situation, with the goal of then offering them a revolving credit/personal loan or increasing their current credit's fixed limit.I exceeded sales objectives, and ended up achieving 210% of the targeted objectives for the period of July and August, hence the recommendation from my manager.
