I have a B.A. in Communication from the University of Kentucky, where I studied business and organization communications. I am passionate about applying my communication skills and knowledge to any industry I work in.Since May 2023, I have been an Inside Sales Representative at Wesco, a leading provider of electrical, industrial, and communications products. I generate new leads, build relationships with customers, and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I have successfully closed several deals and increased customer satisfaction and retention rates. Before joining Wesco, I gained valuable experience in customer service, retail, and technical skills in different roles. I was an Apprentice Technician at Discount Tire for three years, leading teams of technicians, providing information and sales to customers, and performing various tire services. I was also a Retail Cashier at DICK'S Sporting Goods for two and a half years, handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining store operations. I enjoy working with people, learning new things, and solving problems. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and contribute to the organization's culture and goals.
