Dylan York joined Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office in May of 2022. He specializes in multifamily and works directly with partners Al Silva and Ford Braly selling class B/C properties throughout the DFW Metroplex. Dylan has already been a part of over 20 successful transactions since his time at the firm. He is a member of the inaugural cohort of the William A. Millichap Fellowship, a rigorous 24-month training program for a select group of young commercial real estate professionals from across the country. His skills include generating new business, managing existing client relationships, advising owners, and underwriting assets.Dylan graduated with honors from the Neeley School of Business at TCU, where he studied entrepreneurship and finance. Prior to his time at Marcus & Millichap, he served as an intern for Fort Worth based Fort Capital, as well as Citadel Partners in Dallas. Dylan is a fifth-generation Fort Worthian who is passionate and knowledgeable about the local area. He is adept at using his strong communication skills to build mutually beneficial relationships with his colleagues and clients.
