The Commercial Real Estate Workshop is a case-based program where members create and present deals to a panel of judges. The Workshop provides members with insight and real-world experience for a career in commercial real estate upon graduation.- Faculty-selected to participate in exclusive program focused on preparing students for careers in commercial real estate.- Trained in high-level real estate financial modeling, alternative operating models, market analysis, and real estate fundamentals.

The company was started by Matthew Sasaki, Robert Sasaki, Matthew Carr, and Dylan Yoss in the winter of 2020. Through the 50 clients and 15 employees currently, DMMR is constantly committed to making sure the driveways and walkways are spotless after a snowstorm. Along with this, DMMR made sure to have organized routes for the employees to guarantee the most efficient and productive snow removal process. - Learned Communication skills by communicating to the employees and clients. - Learned Leadership skills by managing the employees within our business. - Learned organization and time management skills through creating routes and a schedule for the employees.

- Selected as one of two candidates for the summer internship program at Kinzie Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies with $3 to $15 million in EBITDA.- Analyzed over $200 million in new investment opportunities and prepared scorecards and reviewed valuation models that were presented to upper management including the CEO and CFO.- Attended all daily and weekly management meetings to discuss prospective investments, portfolio companies, and the status of Kinzie Fund II, the company's first institutional fund with $150 million in total commitments.- Created an Excel spreadsheet with different indices, commodities and currencies to track how the economy is performing each week.- Prepared and presented to management a 30-minute presentation on emerging markets such as industrial irrigation systems and nail, bolt and fastener manufacturing.
