Duties:• Attend to walk-in clients as well as a portfolio of Staff clients• On boarding new to bank clients in line with regulatory requirements (FATCA, KYC, CDD).• Understand client needs, provide sound financial advice and explain the banks proposition in line with client need.• Prospect and call existing to bank clients.• Provide concise and relevant market updates to clients at regular intervals.• Achieve revenue targets (sales and non-sales) in line with the BSC framework.Product knowledge: Insurance, Structured Deposits, Unit Trust, Dual Currency Investments, Bonds and Equity linked notes/ fix coupon notes.

• Performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services• On boarding of personal and corporate clients• Conduct KYC and AML checks• Opening of account and assist with transactions• Promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for relevant service requests• Cross-selling the Bank's products and services like Structured Deposit, Bancassurance, Unit Trust, Fixed Deposit and Foreign Currency• Teleconsulting timely and frequently to increase sales figures
