Decided to take real estate seriously in 2021.Here’s what happened next:2021: Returned from a church mission. Worked on 84 single-family deals alongside one of the top-producing brokers in Utah. Earned a straight-A semester at BYU.2022: Started at Prospera. Underwrote $1.22B, contacted 1,472 prospective borrowers, and managed operations on owned properties. Accepted to the BYU Finance program and earned two straight-A semesters.2023: Transitioned to a development project management role. Underwrote $2.31B, packaged $1.47B, and created an internship program. Earned two straight-A semesters and completed a finance degree from BYU.2024: Promoted to associate in the Prospera development and asset management departments. Underwrote $3.72B, packaged $2.83B, oversaw preconstruction and the financial components of horizontal construction on a master plan community near Park City, and managed a team of 10 full-time employees and interns.Today, I work on ~$1.5B worth of developments at various stages, including entitlements, capital sourcing, construction, and exits.If you are a capital provider or purchasing entitled land in UT – contact me.
