I support partners, both internal and external, in overcoming complex technical challenges, training end-users on product usage and functionality, and delivering premium onsite support for large-scale product rollouts.

I co-founded Satellite Gaming as a way to bring my love of Video Games to students in need of community in my area. I spearheaded our educational offerings and allowed us to build a lasting relationship with the school district. Satellite Gaming is now the largest Youth-focused video game ministry in the US and consults internationally on bringing community-focused video game events to schools, churches, parks and recreation departments, and other organizations looking to reach the youth of today.

Mac Home Basics was a course i developed and delivered for Chemeketa Community College about helping people become familiar with their new Macs and using them for the everyday things they want to do. During this time, I honed my skills in guiding learners to the answers they need in a way the sticks. I helped Chemeketa obtain the status of Apple Authorized Training Center, and started teaching the OS X Support Essentials class for them in 2016.

As an Apple Certified Trainer, I taught Crywolf’s Apple Support Essentials and Hardware courses for their Portland and San Diego classrooms, as well as onsite training for organizations desiring to certify many employees at once.

Starting as a support technician, I moved up to help develop a training department for Compex. I’ve created course material, delivered training to clients and internal staff, and laid out the structure and templates for designing courses to ensure that each course feels familiar to students who take multiple courses.

Deliver support and repair onsite to customers in their homes and businesses.
