About Dylon Beamer

I believe in two principles to be successful in any position: take initiative and take responsibility. When a job needs to be done, somebody has to jump in and do it. And when things go wrong, somebody needs to own up to it and make it right. I like to be that guy on both ends. I would love to see myself in full time ministry as a Pastor down the road. Where ever I am though, I want to learn, grow, and excel to become the most well rounded individual I can be, I love taking on responsibility and assuming roles of leadership when they present themselves.
