Positions:• Platoon Leader -Infantry -Armor• Executive Officer• Operations OfficerDescription:Location: Fort Moore, GA 2018-2020• I was in charge of managing my team of 4 junior leaders and 40 Infantry trainees while they completed their Initial Entry Training into the Army. This involved planning an adequate work rest cycle due to the 24/7 supervision of all trainees during their training with us. Lastly once a month I planned and executed training events for all 120 trainees in the company with my team of 4 leaders.Location: Fort Irwin, CA 2020-2022• Managed my Tank Platoon to perform in a 10-day training exercise every month to test U.S. Army Soldiers who were about to serve overseas. During the training exercise I lead 10 tracked vehicles with my assistant manager and 8 junior leaders managing 50 Soldiers. Outside of the training exercise I managed my personnel, vehicles and additional duties to maintain a cohesive work environment.
