I enjoyed maintaining my own clinic, working fully independently with a team of nurses to ensure quality care for patients. Responsibilities included accessing multiple software systems to determine if a patient is compliant with their monitoring including Merlin, CareLink, Biotronik, and Latitude. I completed data entry and appointment scheduling in multiple information systems. I contacted non-compliant patients via telephone and attempted to uncover the reasons for non-compliance and get the patient to send in scheduled transmission. I worked in sync with the patient and/or the Clinic team in order to resolve patient non-compliance issues. I demonstrated the ability to work fully autonomously while maintaining all tasks and deadlines expected by CV remote and the clinic I was over.

-I was able to work with almost every department within the hospital completing any task that I could possibly help them with-The departments I was able to work with include: Emergency room, IMCU, ICU, Pharmacy, Materials/purchasing, EVS, Guest services, Cafeteria and Admissions-After working with almost every department I have a very great understanding of how each department functions and how they work in relation to each other-I learned how to interact with patients who are entering the hospital and have been hospitalized for long periods of time-I was able to sit with patients who are either suffering from mental health disorders or are under suicide watch, in order to talk to them, cater to their needs, and make sure they are not a detriment to their own health

-Currently working on developing a information system to keep track of warranties on all incoming equipment that the hospital uses, This system will also keep track of how much money each piece of equipment will cost and what day we received it.-I am working with my internship leader to meet with people all throughout the hospital that I would not get to meet with on a regular basis
